Update
Just a quick update. I don't have much time today, (gee what a shocker! :) ) as I have soooooo much stuff to do to get ready for our show. (We open next Friday)

Eye Doctor: I'm being sent to a surgeon for a consult. There is definatly a lump on my right iris she's just unsure of what it is yet. Unfortunatly, I have to wait at least a month to make the appointment as the doctor is on 3 week vacation. It could be a couple of months until I actually get to see him. This should do wonders for my stress levels.

Life: I've now passed urgent and moved into desperate. I have to find a job within a couple of weeks or I'm totally screwed. I thought I had a line on a client who wanted a pretty large website. It would have meant $1000. which would have saved me but I haven't heard anything back. There are so many website/graphic people out there that it's hard to get the work. That and the fact that I just don't have money for advertising so I can't drum up new clients, no new clients no money for advertising. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Music: Things are ticking along. We've been asked to play a music festival in the fall called FEM-ERGY. Should be fun but of course it doesn't pay anything.

Went to the eye doctor today. I'll tell you about it tomorrow as my eyes are so blurry and sore right now. Ack. Jenny, I got your email and I'll drop you a line tomorrow.

Help

I haven't been updating lately because I'm just too stressed and upset to put my thoughts into words. It's just been one of those months and shows no signs of improving. That said, this post is not about me it's about needing some HELP. Not for me for a very dear soul. If you will indulge me I will send you to my writer friend Sarahs blog (read "More Important Things") for a better explaniation as she is far more eloquent than I. Or if you'd prefer you can go directly to Jenny's site and read for your self. Please, if you are able help her out. She is one of the most kind, talented and strong women I have ever met and I know it kills her to ask for help but she is truly in need. Thanks everyone.
