Yea Nick!!!!

Here's a beautiful Picture Nick made.

All Hail the Salad Goddess

Last nights gig was sooooo dead! 2 guys were there when we got there but left after 4 songs. We used the rest of the night as a glorified rehersal. Fun, fun, fun!!!!
When I got home I called Shannon to see if she's heard from Dan (she missed his call :( ) We talked for a while and then the subject turned as it often does to weight loss, food ect.... I've been working really hard the last few weeks and I've dropped 5.5 pounds. We commiserated for a while and then she mentioned that she was really hungry and in typical Shannon fashion, had no food in the house. She kept asking "How good have you been today? Good enough to have pizza?" "No Shan." "Ok, have you been bad enough that you can say screw it! and have it anyway?" "No Shan, I've been awsome today" She went on to say that she's proud of me for sticking to it but........ finally I said I'd come with her while she ate. Usually the death of me! We went to a pizza place and I notice them advertising a "lighter menu". Cool! I think to myself. Really they should have put "Lighter tasting menu". They were trying to push a vegetarian slice, salad and bottle of water. The cheese is still fattening even without the meat. If I was there for dinner it would be ok but this was a snack. I somehow managed to quip out when asked if I wanted a slice as well, "No, I think I'll walk on the wild side today and go with a small garden salad. Oh do you have any light dressing? Italian? Sure, sounds good!"
No it doesen't! Who am I kidding? I hate Italian dressing. The salad itself consisted of iceberg lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, a few shavings of green pepper and raw mushrooms (ick! I love cooked but raw? FUNGUS!!!). Whoopie!!!!! I did treat myself and steal the corner off of one of Shannon's crusts and put them on my salad like crutons. I'm really proud of me!!!!! And I really want pizza....

Ahhhh

I'm so sad and pathetic. Nick and I are on MSN right now browsing on ebay. I keep making my self sad by clinging to the thin thread of hope the the "Object of my Affection" will be less expensive elsewhere..... :(

The cause of my sadness!

Wheeeeee!!!!!!!

I'm so excited!!! My mom surprised me yesterday with ticket to see Collin Raye in concert at Casino Rama! She got the tickets free from a friend of hers who is a high roller there. He is my most favoritest (I'm so excited any English skills are gone...) singer in the whole world. I've never been to Rama so it should be fun.

Jenny!

I have read your screenplay notes. I haven't gotten back to you yet because I simply keep forgetting. :o( I seem to only remember when I'm place like this where I can't email. They all seem very self explanatory and I'm in agreement with them. I espically love the ideas for the opening! :) Very cool! I'll try to drop you a line tomorrow.

Wow wee!!!!

I brought a HUGE bag of costume jewelry with me to work today so I could scan (Ah the joy of a really good scanner) some of it and post it on Ebay. (You just never mind- Nick and Shannon. When I'm rich......) This is jewelry has either been dumped on me for costumes, I've bought at garage sales or have just collected over the years. I happened to flip over one of the bracelets over and find a stamp reading "Coro" and a little Pegasus. Me being the curious sort, head off to Goole.ca to see what I can find out. It's actually made by a famous design house and it may be worth a bunch! Then I decide to check the rest of the stuff. I looked at the back of a broach and earring set I have. It's bright pink (what I think are) glass stones. Very glittery. Turns out there is a stamp on the back that says "Sherman". The "Glass" is actually and I quote " Only first quality Swarovski stones and crystal beads are found in Sherman jewelry." The pin and earrings could be worth more than $200. Now I'm on a roll. I look on the back of a gorgeous champange glass (Ha! Not!) choker for a stamp. Damn! But the clasp is so unique and pretty.... Guess what? Sherman!!!! There are earrings (stamped) that match and a second necklace that is a 2 strander!. The official colour is "Light Colorado Topaz". Problem is I've already posted it on Ebay! Nooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I quickly go to Ebay. If I get there quickly enough I can change my Title, Description and Picture. I'm in luck. Now I'm on a mission. I find a "Sherman" bracelet but it's broken. Damn! Then I pick up a really pretty "Celtic" looking broach. On the back is stamped "Miracle". Yup! Worth $100. and up. Yea!!!!!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!!!! I have a bunch more stuff at home that is similar. I can't wait to take a peek! Once I'm home I'll post pictures so if there is anyone out there that collects you can make me an offer. :) Whee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nick!

It's Sunday morning, 10:36 am. If your reading this and you haven't spoken to me or checked your email yet, do it! It's about Shannon.
